Coast Southbourne Details
Coast is a new luxury residential development built in 2020.
This Ground floor apartment is bright and airy, and with it being south facing it lets all the sunshine in throughout.
It has an open plan lounge and kitchen with views of the coastline from the sofa.
The kitchen is kitted out with all essentials like a toaster, cooker, dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle as well as added extras like a coffee machine, baking essentials, picnic set and much more. There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools to either devour the local delights or eat up a home cooked meal in this self-catering apartment.
The lounge has a large cosy corner sofa that sits up to 6 people and pulls out to be a sofa bed to sleep 2 people. There are electric blackout blinds throughout the flat so there is no worry for those on the sofa getting disturbed by that south facing sun shining in. There is also a tub chair to look out at the view whilst socialising. The lounge / kitchen also provides many extras like board games, cards, books, colouring and puzzles to add that little extra excitement to your trip.
All TV’s are smart and have access to Netflix and Disney plus as well as all on demand apps. The Lounge TV has virgin media installed as well as a DVD player with DVD’s available. There of course is high speed virgin WIFI throughout the apartment.
Coast is intended to be a home from home environment, so we go above and beyond to ensure many essential amenities are included so you don’t have the drag the kitchen sink with you!
The Master bedroom has a king size bed with built in wardrobes that have plenty of hangers and robes. Within this room contains an en-suite with a shower, sink, toilet and heated radiator. This room also has views of the coastline so you can open the door on to the patio and enjoy hearing the crashing of the waves of a morning. This rooms contains an aircon unit mainly for the purpose of a comfortable night’s sleep on the long hot summer nights, with the doors open it does reach into the lounge if needed. Also in this room is the utility cupboard with hoover and mop if things get crazy as well as a washing machine with products so you can wash your favourite items.
The second back bedroom has a king size bed or can be split in to 2 twin beds. This room has plentiful of storage with double height hanging space along with hangers as well as plenty of drawer and shelving to pack away all your belongings neatly. This room also has a smart TV in. This room has use of the main bathroom, which includes a deep bath and shower along with toilet, wash basin with storage and a heated radiator. We cater for the little ones too and have a cot with mattress and bedding, highchair, changing mat, potty , plastic dinnerware and of course some cuddly toys to make them feel at home.
The flat is kitted out with underfloor heating to keep you toasty on the cold winter nights. Each room has its own thermostat and will be on a timed schedule. Heating is really needed due to the flat being so well insulated and a south facing property but if things get too cold there is a hot and cold fan heater available.
The garden is enclosed with a glass gate accessed from the road. It is secure for all our furry guests so they cannot escape. Although all is secure the gate opens on to a main road so children and dogs will need to be watched carefully. We have some seating in the garden to sit and watch the world go by and bask in every minute of sunny Bournemouth.
There is also a twin burner gas BBQ available on request for £35 during your stay to cover cleaning and gas.
We accept up to 3 dogs free of charge and cater for them just like our human guests. We have a large dog bed available, along with poo bags encase you ever get caught short, toys, towel to wipe those wet sandy paws from the long beach walk, food and water bowls and most importantly an abundance of treats! We also provide recommendations of dog friendly eateries and areas of the beach where they are welcome.
